Stone, 76, father of Mrs Reuben Stifel, died at midnight Wednesday in Good Samaritan Hospital, Phoenix, where he had been a patient since. October 9. He had undergone major surgery October 11. Funeral services are planned for 2:30 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday) in the First Presbyterian Church with Dr. Charles S. Poling, pastor, officiating. Dr. Stone was born May 12, 1880, in Sebetha, Kan. He graduated from the Rush Medical College, Chicago, as a dental surgeon. He retired 20 years ago and moved to Wickenburg 10years ago next month. Surviving are the widow, who resides at 736 Whipple, and one daughter and one son, Mrs. Lenora Stilel of Wickenburg and Charles G. Poling conducted funeral services for Dr. Charles H. Stone, Wickenburg resident who died October 17, in the Presbyterian Church last Saturday afternoon. Burial followed in the Wickenburg cemetery. Pallbearers were John Burgess, Win Wolcott, George Bechtolt, R. Wilson Brown, Art Stadler and Ralph Butler.
