The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 25, 2003 Raymond Joseph Cramer (R.J.), retired Phoenix banker, succumbed February 22, 2003 after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, Gene Elizabeth and sons, Mark and Paul. A private service will be held for family only.
