NASS, Lila Eleanor

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, March 2, 2003 Lila E. Nass, 92, of Scottsdale, Arizona,passed away February 25, 2003. She would have celebrated her 93rd birthday on March 2, 2003. Born in St. Paul, Minnesota and married to Harold Nass in 1938 to-gether they built South St. Paul Plumbing and Heating. They moved to Arizona in 1967, living in Sun City prior to moving to Scottsdale. Besides being a devoted and loving mother and grandmother, her passions included playing bridge with her many special friends and creating handmade gifts to present to those whom she cherished. Survived by her daughters, Cheryl Preston of Scottsdale and Marlys McFarland of Sun Lakes, 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014, or to Valley of the Sun, POMC, P.O. Box 39603, Phoenix, AZ 85069-9603. Private services will be held in Minnesota at a later date.
