FOOTE, Phyllis A.

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 25, 2003 Phyllis A. Foote, 73 of Mesa passed away Monday, February 24, 2003. Mrs. Foote volunteered for the Arizona Lung Association, Arizona State Hospital and numerous Senior Care Facilities. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert V. Foote. She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Foote, son, Robert Foote and her sister Betty Nickels.
