SOLOMON, Paul H.

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, March 2, 2003 Paul H. Solomon, 87, passed away on February 28, 2003 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania he had worked for the Philadelphia Gas Works as a salesman; he retired and then later moved to Arizona in 1998. Paul was a veteran of World War II; he served in the U.S. Army Intelligence Unit in Europe. He is survived by his wife Sylvia, his sons Raymond (Kathy) and Ira (Madlyn) and five grandchildren (Jane, Abby, Evan, Shari, and Jordan). His brother Benjamin also survives him. Graveside services will be held Sunday, March 2, 2003 at 1:45 pm at Beth Israel Cemetery, 305 South 35th Ave. in Phoenix, Az.
