Anne Stoltzfus Monro, native Pennsylvanian, beloved mother and retired nurse passed away on March 1, 2003.
Born on a dairy farm in 1925, Mom ventured to Philadelphia's Methodist Hospital to her her nursing degree.
When her marriage ended, she moved to Arizona in 1964 to raise her four children in Case Grande, Yuma, and Tempe while working full time as a registered nurse. She also lived in New Jersey, Maryland, France and Canada.
She enjoyed reading, gardening and traveling. A courageous woman who gave so much and asked so little, she faced life with a wry sense of humor.
She is survived by her daughters, Deborah and Eve and her sons, Bruce and Tim and her five grandchildren.
No services are plannced.
Interment is at Resthaven Cemetery in Phoenix.
