ALLEN, Phoeba Jane

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, March 4, 2003 Phoeba Jane Allen, 79, of Phoenix, passed away February 28, 2003 in Peoria, AZ. She was born on July 14, 1923 in Owensboro, KY. She was married 60 years to her husband Shelton. Phoeba was a beautiful wife, wonderful, loving mother to her four children, loved her visits with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and children. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, great-granddaughter, and brother. Survivors include her husband, Shelton, four children, Jane Perry, Charlotte Walker, Skip and Mike Allen, ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, three brothers, and one sister.
