TANNENBAUM, Sidney Donald

Sidney Donald Tannenbaum, 81, a resident of Arizona, for 27 years, passed away on June 20, 2002. He was born December 6, 1920 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He was a metallurgical engineer (retired), and a pilot for the United States Army Air Force during WWII from 1942-1945, where he flew about 50 missions throughout Africa, Sicily, and in Italy. He is predeceased in death by his two sons Jim and Mickey Tannenbaum. His wife Rhoda, brother Gerald Tannenbaum and sister Phyllis Galst survive him. A family gathering & visitation will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2002 at Paradise Chapel Funeral Home, 3934 E. Indian School Road, Phx. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley at 1510 E. Flower St. Phx AZ 85014 or the United Phoenix Firefighters Association at 61 E. Columbus, Phx AZ 85012.
