The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, March 5, 2003 Luther Cox (Dil) Dilatush, 92, of Scottsdale, peacefully passed away on March 2, 2003, at his home. His "Darling" wife, Louise, preceded him in death in 2001. He is survived by his most loving and devoted daughter, Gayle. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2003, at noon, at Christ Episcopal Church, 35500 N. Cave Creek Road (Corner of Cave Creek & New River Roads), Carefree.
