RIDDELL, Richard MacAlpine

In loving memory of Richard MacAlpine Riddell - Fisherman, artist, poet, storyteller, loving father, grandfather, and devoted husband.
Born in Alameda, California on January 21, 1919 and passed away in El Cajon, California on May 27, 2003. Richard, was a former resident of Phoenix for 30 years and was preceded in death by his wife Joan Vance Riddell and his brother Robert Avera Riddell.

He is survived by his beloved wife Florence Tapie Riddell of Santee California, his daughter and son-in-law Susan and Barry Sampsell of Payson, Arizona, grandchildren Kristen - New York City, Jennifer and Michael of Las Vegas, Nevada and step daughters - Priscella Morton, Merideth Sotille and their children, Eric, David and Clay, and Guiliana and Luisa.

Your kind and gentle spirit will be with us always. "Betsy Bubblegum" lives on!
