DE MELLO, David George

David George DeMello, 55, passed away June 22, 2002, at Mulbuerry Nursing Home in Stephenville, Texas. David was a Deacon in the House of Yahweh in Abilene, TX for the past 14 years. Prior to this he was a resident of Phoenix, AZ for 25 years. He was preceded in death by his father Peter George in 1976, his step-brother Patrick Bruce in 1985, his son David in 1996, a grandson in 1989, and a step-granddaughter Ceman in 1997. His wife Shirley, of Abilene, TX survives him as does his mother Florence Schneider of Phoenix as does his sisters, Sharon, Florence, Caroltane, and his brother Richard, and step-brother Peterjohn. His children, Rachel, Michael, Christopher, and Anthony from Phoenix, his step-children, Thomas from Houston, TX, Riyanah, and Leah from Abilene TX. Grandchildren, Lela, Melissa, Nicole and Angel, step- grandchildren, Riannon, Syriah, Levi, Abigal, Kiyara, and Nathan and 4 great- grandchildren. Funeral will be in Eula Texas on June 23, 2002, by Bailey Funeral Home, Clyde, TX. He will be greatly missed. Published in The Arizona Republic June 24, 2002.
