The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 26, 2003 Norman J. Rash, 66, passed away February 23, 2003. He was born February 7, 1937 in Phoenix, Arizona to David and Viola Rash. Norman was the Assistant Director of Deaf Services and Vocational Rehabilitation for the State of Arizona prior to moving on to become a self employed Doll Maker. He is survived by his wife, Linda Rash, sons, Paul Honeywell and Steven Honeywell, daughters, Kim Walker, Heather Dobbs and Shari Gordon and his mother, Viola Rash. Memorial Services will be on Wednesday February 26, 2003 at 10:00 AM at Phoenix Memorial Mortuary Chapel 200 W. Beardsley Rd. Phoenix, AZ.
