Wendell Andrew Smith, 68, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away February 21, 2003. Mr. Smith retired from the U.S. Army. 

Services will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at 1:30 PM at Preston Funeral Home, 3800 S. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ.
