The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 27, 2003 Jerry Leon Juan, 44, of the Salt River Indian Community, services will be 9AM Saturday, March 1, 2003 at the Salt River Memorial Hall 9849 E. Earll Dr. Scottsdale AZ. He passed away on February 22, 2003 in Scottsdale, AZ. Mr. Juan, a Laborer, was born in Phoenix. Survivors include his daughter, Tonya Juan; brothers, Lorenzo and Ralston Cashoya. A wake will be held on Friday at 6PM at the Salt River Memorial Hall.
