The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 28, 2003 William J. Corlett, 76, of Mesa, passed away Friday, February 21, 2003. He was born June 28, 1926 in Fort Wayne, Indian and served in the U.S. Army. He moved to Arizona in 1977 from Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Carrol F. Corlett, 3 daughters, Kay Ann Corlett, Ohio; Judith Michalski, Mesa, AZ; Dianne Moore, Tempe, AZ; 6 sons, Thomas (Carol) Corlett, Seattle, WA; Joseph (Lynn) Corlett, Michigan; Richard Steele, Mesa, AZ; Thomas (Marsha) Steele, Ohio; John (Monica) Steele, Ohio; Joseph Steele, Florida. Mr. Corlett is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Private services are planned. Arrangements were entrusted to Valley of The Sun Mortuary. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
