HORACEK, Charles E.

Charles E. Horacek passed away and went to be with the Lord on June 20, 2002. He was born June 3, 1948. 

He is survived by his wife Georganne, 2 daughters Eva and Kathleen, parents Bonieta and Tony Horacek, brother Jerry Horacek Sr. and eight  grandchildren. 

He will be missed by all of his loving family and friends. Chuck you are in our prayers.  

Visitation Monday, June 24, 2002. Services June 25, 2002 Greenwood  Memory Lawn, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, AZ.
