KERSWILL, Roy


Roy Kerswill, prominent artist born in Devonshire, England on January 17, 1925, passed away peacefully at home in Polson, Montana on Friday June 21, 2002. Kerswill, formerly of Colorado, Arizona, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is internationally known for his landscapes and historical western works. He is survived by his wife, Betty, two daughters, six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and his two brothers Norman and Tony. A celebration of life is planned at the Kerswill home, date and time to be announced. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Published June 23, 2002 in the Arizona Republic.
