Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Debbie M. Rusiski (April 16, 1955 - December 16, 2009) Debbie M. Rusiski, 54, of Flagstaff, AZ, passed away on December 16th 2009. She was employed by AEA/NEA for 16 years and served in Northern AZ, as an Organizational Consultant. She is survived by her loving mother Eleanor Larson. Siblings – Patty (John), Cathy (Mark), E.J. (Sally), and John. Nieces/Nephews – Jonell (Gene), Bobby, Jesse (Miranda), Ronnie, Amber (John), Tony, Jammie, Cody, Matthew, Christianna and Kaleb. She was preceded in death by her sister Cheryl. She will be remembered by a multitude of friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 2, at the LDS Church, 2401 E. Linda Vista, Flagstaff, AZ, at 3:00pm with a reception to follow.
