The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ March 20, 2002, p.A7 Mary R. Roshone of Wickenburg, died March 11 in Wickenburg. She was 87. Mrs. Roshone was born Aug. 7, 1914 in Marysville, Kan. She had lived in Arizona for the past 58 years. Mary graduated from Leland Stanford University. She belonged to the Phi MuGamma Fine Arts Society, the Women's National Aeronautical Association, and was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Mary ranched in California and Nevada. She worked at guest ranches in Arizona and New Mexico. She was known as a good horsewoman and will be missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her husband, Robert L. Roshone; her mother, Edith S. Rice; sister Inez Rice Goodell of Florida; and nieces and nephews Gayle Lynn Render of Florida and Kent Rice Overton of Florida. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Clarence T. and Edith S. Rice Services have been held. Frey Funeral Home handled all the arrangements.
