Catherine Bastress, age 96, of Phoenix, AZ., Lt. Col. (ret) US Navy Public Health, passed away on November 21, 2002. 

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 7th, at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 4735 N. 19th Ave. (1 block south of Camelback), Phoenix. 

Memorial contributions may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church, 4735 N. 19th Ave, Phx, AZ 85015.
