BULMER, Cecilia Florence

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, March 11, 2003 Cecilia F. Bulmer, 93, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away March 4, 2003. She was born on June 19, 1909 in Rochester, N.Y. She was an assembly worker for General Motors until retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Bulmer in Rochester, New York. Survivors include her daughter Barbara B. Peters, son-in-law, Robert J. Peters, three grandchildren, Judy Botamer, Bob Peters, Nancy Peters, and three great-grandchildren. Private services were held by her family.
