William M. Tietjens of Phoenix and formerly of Wickenburg, died Aug. 21 in Phoenix.  He was 93.

Mr. Tietjens was born Nov. 22, 1902 in Seattle, Wash.  He had lived in Arizona for the past 26 years.
Survivors include his wife, Julia Tietjens of Phoenix; daughter Dorothy Daly of Boise, Idaho; brother Rudolph of Gig Harbor, Wash.; one grandson and one granddaughter; and two great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
