Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona July 3, 1996, p. A2 Infant Micayla Shellbe Mayo, daughter of Jeff and Danette Mayo of Phoenix, did June 21 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. In addition to her parents, the infant is survived by a brother, Tyler, and sister Brianne; grandparents Evelyn Dugger of Stidham, Okla. Wanda and Bill Mitchell of Cahokia, Ill., and Bill Cook of Phoenix; great-grandmothers Sophia Mayo of St. Charles, Mo., Julia Cook of Phoenix, and Ethel Colburn of Congress; and uncles Bobby Cook of Phoenix, Jack Mayo of San Diego, Calif. and Donald Simpson of Victorville, Calif. Private graveside services were June 28 at the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery. Pastor Mike Abdollazadeh officaiated. Arrangements were by Brown’s Wickenburg Funeral Home.
