Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona November 15, 1996, p. A2 Lawrence Dan “Lar” Cooke of Wickenburg died Oct. 22 in the VA Hospital in Phoenix, He was 50. Mr. Cooke was born Jul 17, 1946 in Red Bluff, Calif., and was raised in Durham, Calif. He moved to Wickenburg four years ago. Survivors include his mother Eleanor Cooke; and a sister Kathy Sakahara. Services have been held.
