The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, April 1, 2003 Terry Kowalski, 57, of Peoria, AZ passed away on March 27, 2003. Born in Dayton, Ohio on November 21, 1945. Terry was preceeded in death by her father; Art, Mother Margaret, and sister Barb. She is survived by her 4 children, Michael, Steve, Ted and Jennifer, 4 grandsons, Steven, Justin, Seth, and Cameron. Her 3 sisters and 2 brothers, Betty, Margaret, Annie, Pat and Art. Visitation and services will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2003. Visitation starts at 10:00 AM and services will be at 12:00 PM at Greenwood Memory Lawn Chapel, 719 N. 27th Ave. in Phoenix. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
