The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, April 1, 2003 Raymond J. Pitts, 86, of Youngtown, AZ passed away Saturday, March 29, 2003. Raymond is survived by his son Gerald (Carole) Pitts of Phoenix; daughters, Marie Mackey of Cushing, OK and Arlene (Tim) Gibson of Bushkill, PA. Companion Audra Johnson of Youngtown, AZ, step-son James Johnson of Tucson, AZ; step-daughter Nancy (Richard) Schaible of Youngtown, AZ; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation. Friends are welcome to join the family at Sunwest Cemetery, 12473 NW Grand Ave., El Mirage, AZ for the scattering of Raymond's cremains at 11:00 am on April 13, 2003.
