Pat Becker, 1924-2009, During the early afternoon of 10 December 2009, Mom slipped from Dad’s arms to God’s arms.
Born Dorothy P. Eichele, March 7, 1924 to Sadie and Otto Eichele of Staten Island, New York. Graduated from New Dorp High School, worked on Wall Street and in 1945 married Elmo J. Becker, boatswain, USMS. November 1951 the family moved to Tucson, Arizona for Mom’s health where she went on to live a memorable, event filled 58 years.
Mom is survived by her husband, Mo, of 64 years; daughters, Lorraine (Gary) and Jacklyn (Paul). Grandchildren, Matthew, Amelia and Michael. Great-grandchildren, Anisah, Ayah, Raiah and Ryleigh. Sisters, Eleanore and Sally. Brother, Otto. Memorial services will be Saturday, 19 December, 10:00 A.M. at St. Cyril’s Catholic Church with a reception immediately following at Viscount Suites, 4855 E. Broadway Blvd.
Burial was private.
