Evergreen Mortuary, Tucson, Arizona Frederick Charles Richter 73, of Tucson, died November 10, 2009. Beloved husband of 46 years to Leah (nee Duben) Richter of Tucson; devoted father of Michael (Allison) Richter of Tucson and Suzanne (Chad) Stadheim of Syracuse, NY; cherished grandfather of Rachel and Noah Richter and Abigail Stadheim. Born in New York, Fred served his country in the US Army and has lived in Tucson for the last 37 years, where he was a member of Temple Emanu-El. Fred will be missed by his family and many friends. Graveside Services Friday, November 13, 2009, 10:30 AM, Temple Emanuel Section of Evergreen Cemetery, with Rabbi Samuel Cohon of Temple Emanuel officiating.
