HAYDEN, Karen Ann

Karen Ann Hayden (47) went to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 24, 2003, at 6:40 p.m. She was born in Minneapolis, on September 30, 1955, to Ragnor and Lillian Carlson.

Karen is survived by her husband, Alan; daughter, Kristen; brother, Robert Carlson, and her two beloved pets, Ricky and Roger. Karen was strong in her Christian faith, and lived her life to glorify God in everything she did. Born with a kind and gentle soul, Karen will be known for her great generosity, concern for the welfare of others, and for displaying graciousness despite circumstance. Her beautiful effective smile radiated on all her knew her.

Graveside services will be held at Mesa Cemetery, Mesa, at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28th followed by a 7:30 p.m. Celebration of Her Life service at Desert View Baptist Church, 950 N. Greenfield Road, Gilbert.

In lieu of flowers, any memorials can be made to either the Arizona Humane Society, 9226 North 13th Avenue, Phoenix, 85021, or The Salvation Army, PO Box 1120, Mesa, 85211.
