GRIFFIN, Sandra Estelle (Sandy)

Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, March 25, 2008 Sandra (Sandy) Estelle Griffin, aged 69, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, March 20, 2008, at 4:25 a.m. Sandy is survived by her loving son, Robert Keith Hartley; beloved brother and sister-in-law of E. Wayne and Barbara Hembree. She was the loving aunt of nephews Earl Hembree and family; Robert Hembree, Eleanor Kawasaki, Michael Hembree and Jim Hochgraef. She is also survived by her beloved friend Rae Martin and family. She was the loved parent of her dog Patches. Sandy, as she was known to her friends, was a very active volunteer at the Carson-Tahoe Hospital in Carson City, Nev., and the Yavapai Regional Medical Center/East Campus in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Funeral services in honor of Sandy will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 29, 2008 at the Carson City Cemetery, 919 Beverly Drive, Carson City, Nev. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials, in memory of Sandy be made to the Yavapai Regional Medical Center Hospice or the Yavapai Regional Medical Center Home Care Services Arrangements entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home.
