The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, April 2, 2003 Robert "Bob" A. Foulds, 83, of Scottsdale, passed away on March 31, 2003. He was a WWII Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Melda; daughters, Pamela Moran and Patricia Neff; sister Alma Faroo; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2003 at 3:30pm at Newcomer Family Mortuary, 6812 E. Thomas Rd in Scottsdale. Newcomer Family Mortuary assisted the family. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
