The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Aug. 5, 1960 Prescott Rites for John Bierce John F. Bierce, Wickenburg resident for the past two years, died in Ft. whipple Veterans Hospital at Prescott July 26. Funeral services and military burial rites were held at Ft. Whipple Friday afternoon of last week. Mr. Bierce was born in Ohio July 28, 1892. he resided in Prescott for several years where he worked as a miner. When he moved to Wickenburg two years ago he lived in the Arrowhead Trailer Court and in the T. Pitaro apartments. There are no known survivors.
