The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Aug. 14, 1959 Car Wreck Kills Sunnyslope Man Mark Brody, 22, of Sunnyslope, died in Community Hospital Sunday of injuries received a few hour earlier when the car he was driving crashed into a pile of boulders and flipped end over end. The accident occurred on Highway 93 about 28 miles from Congress. Bruce W. Adkins, 17, of Bethany Home Road, Phoenix, a passenger in the Brody car, suffered a mild concussion and lacerations of the back. After treatment at the hospital here he was released. The highway patrol said Brody lost control of his car, applied the brakes and left the highway, crashing into the rocks at a cut in the mountainside.
