The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 3, 1959 William Johnson Of Stanton Dies William A. Johnson of Stanton died in Community Hospital Wednesday afternoon. He had been admitted to the hospital Monday afternoon following an automobile accident. According to Highway Patrolman W. B. Harkleroad, Mr. Johnson was driving off of the Stanton Road toward Highway 89 when he applied his brakes and skidded across a cattle guard causing his car to turn over 1 ½ times. Mr. Johnson, who was 66 years old Monday, had lived in Stanton for several years. He had no known relatives in this area. At the hospital he had listed his next of kin as a sister, Mrs. Charles Petersen, of Denver.
