Eileen Rose Bauer 71, of Phoenix passed away Monday January 23, 2006.  She was widowed for 15 years and now is re-united with her late husband, Kenneth. 

Eileen is survived by her children Jeff, Jerry and Sally, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild. 

Visitation and funeral service held at Phoenix Memorial Chapel 200 W. Beardsley Rd. Phoenix, AZ. 

Burial at Phoenix Memorial Park Cemetery.
