Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona February 4, 1965 The Rev. Bert Follmer, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church, conducted funeral services at 11 o’clock Wednesday morning at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for Carl Muhlhauser , a resident of Wickenburg for the past three years, who passed away at his home January 31. Burial followed in the Wickenburg Cemetery. A native of Germany, Mr. Muhlhauser came to this country when 14 years of age, settling first in Arkansas and them moving to Missouri where he became a millwright for the Monsano Chemical Co. in St. Louis. He also became a citizen of the United States. He continued with Monsano until his retirement and removed to Arizona four years ago. He lived in Surprise for a year before moving here. He had been in ill health for a number of years. Surviving are the widow Nema G.; two sons, Ronald of Wickenburg and James of St Louis; two daughters Mrs. Mildred Sullivan of Cupertino, Calif., and Mrs. Magdalene Bollinger of Long Beach, Calif., and one sister, Mrs. Freida Haag of St. Louis. Ten grandchildren also survive.
