Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona June 17, 1965 Services are pending for Elmer L. Cloutier, age 66, of Mio, Mich., who passed away at 4 p.m. Tuesday in community Hospital here. Hospital attendants said Mr. Cloutier, who had been living recently in Congress, was admitted to the hospital June 11 suffering from a heart condition. A widower, he is survived by a brother Nelson of Sun City, Ariz.
