Marilyn (O'Rourke) Howitz, 77, of Scottsdale, AZ died unexpectedly the morning of May 25, 2003. A graduate of the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN, Marilyn was a church organist for 67 years. For the last 25 years she was the organist at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Scottsdale, AZ. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Marilyn is survived by husband Louis; children, James of New Brighton, MN, Mark and wife Carol of Buffalo Grove, IL, Chris and wife Brenda of Tucson, AZ, Lisa and husband David of Minneapolis, MN; brothers, Terrence and wife Shirley of Hobart, IN, Richard of New Brighton, MN; grandchildren, Steve, Mike, Alex, Katie and Drew. Marilyn devoted her life to serving others. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all. Memorial Services will be at 10:30 AM, Thursday, May 29, 2003 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 11300 N. 64th St., Scottsdale, AZ. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 AM, Monday, June 2, 2003 at St. Clements Catholic Church, Minneapolis, MN with Christian burial at St. Anthony Cemetery.
