Debbie J. Tapia (Sampson), passed away on March 26, 2003 in Scottsdale. Debbie was born on October 4, 1958 in Phoenix.
She is the daughter of the late Willard G. and Deborah L. (Jo) Sampson. She is survived by 2 brothers, Roland Miguel, Sr. and Bradford D. Sampson, and 2 sisters, Julia M. Martin and Willard I. Sampson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2003 from 6:00-10:00 P.M. at the Salt River Assembly of god Church, 10657 E. Virginia Road in Scottsdale.
Funeral service will follow on Thursday, April 3, 2003 at 10:00 A.M. at the Phoenix Inner City Church, 1601 W. Gand Ave. in Phoenix.
Burial will follow at the Salt River Cemetery in Scottsdale. Newcomer Family Mortuary of Scottsdale assisted the family.
