William (Bill) Thomas, passed away March 30, 2003, at the age of 66. Bill moved to Arizona from his hometown of Hartford City, Indiana in 1960 to continue in the refrigeration business. In 1962 he entered into the finance world and eventually worked as a Vice President for The Arizona Bank and then Bank of America.
He loved exploring the beauty of Arizona, was a wonderful artist, enjoyed fishing with his sons when able and loved swing dancing with Linda. His greatest joy later in life was his grandchildren. He will always be "Boppa" to them.
Bill is survived by his wife, Linda; sons Greg, Brian, Alex, and Jon; stepdaughters Staci and Kelli; daughters-in-law Mary and April; grandchildren Cole, Riley, Amanda, Mason, Juliet and Shane: and friend Ann.
Services will be held Saturday, April 5, 2003, 5pm, at St. James Episcopal Church, 975 E. Warner Rd., Tempe.
