The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, March 11, 2003 Marjorie Stake, age 75 passed away on March 8th 2003 in Scottsdale Arizona. Born April 27, 1927 in Breckenridge Mo., she moved to Kansas City, MO and married Robert Bruce Stark in 1947. After having a family, she went to work in the grocery industry and continued for over 30 years. She moved to Arizona after the birth of her first grandchild in 1997. Marjorie had an independent and giving spirit and always put her family and friends first. She is survived by her children, Irene Richards of Scottsdale, Az., Susan Winfray of Overland Park, Ks., and her granddaughter Miranda Richards of Scottsdale. Visitation is Wednesday March 12th, 6-8 p.m. at Messinger Mortuary and Chapel, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Scottsdale, Az. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
