SILVERT, Jack

Jack Silvert, age 72, passed away June 26, 2002 in Mesa. He was born February 11, 1930 in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. 

Survivors include his wife Sue, son Howard (Bernadette), daughter Shelley (Chuck) Shott and grandchildren Matt and Trevor. 

Private services were held. Contributions in his memory are requested to 
the Arizona Kidney Foundation, 4203 E. Indian School Road, #140, Phoenix, AZ 85018. Arrangements by Sinai Mortuary.
