DENTON, Helen Marie

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, April 3, 2003 Helen Marie Denton, of Phoenix, passed away March 27, 2003. Helen Marie Allen was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 24, 1920. Her family moved to Arizona and she met and married Jimmie Denton 65 years ago, on September 1, 1937. Helen devoted her life to her family and was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She was an inspiration to all who knew her and will be greatly missed. Survivors include her husband Jimmie, son Ted Phillip, daughter Shirley; grandchildren James, John, Shelly, Linda, Tracy, and Crystal; great-grandchildren Tanya, Justin, Mycal, Tyler, Jesse, Julie, Stephen, Taylor, Amanda, Brandi, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Visitation Friday, April 4, 2003, 6-8pm, A. L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuaries, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd. Graveside Service to be held Saturday, April 5, 2003, 11:00 am, SW corner Memory Lawn Cemetery, 27th Ave. and Van Buren.
