Helen Louise Johnson, 94, died on April 1, 2003 in Scottsdale, AZ. She was born in St. Paul, Minn. and lived in Phoenix since 1945. She was a past member of Visiting Nurse Service and St. Lukes Service League and an active member of P.E.O., Chapter AQ. 

Helen is survived by her daughter Pauline Petersen and son in law Eugene, four grandchildren, Cathy (Rocky) Banovac, Jeff Petersen, Jon (Toni) Petersen, Karen (Brad) Zoerb, and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Paul A. Johnson and daughter Phyllis Ann Johnson. 

A memorial service will be on Friday, April 4 at 10:30am at Westminster Village Chapel, 12000 N. 90th St., Scottsdale, AZ. 

Contributions may be made to the Arizona Humane Society, 9226 N. 13th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85021.
