OUIMETTE, Barbara

Barbara Tamblyn Ouimette, 82, of Phoenix, passed away in her sleep at the Kivel Care Center on May 31, 2003. Barbara was preceded by her husband of 53 years, Paul Ouimette, who died in 1997. Barbara, a graduate of Boston University, was born in Providence, R.I., and spent most of her life in New England, where she and Paul raised their two children, Susan Ouimette of Tucson and David Ouimette of Phoenix. Barbara is also survived by her grandchildren, Sara Ouimette and Amy Ouimette; by her brother, Robert Tamblyn and his wife, Sally, of Medford, Oregon; by her cousin, Rev. Jean Angus, of Vancouver, B.C.; and by niece Betsy MacDonald and nephew William Tamblyn. Barbara was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
