SHAON, Stephen (T-Bird)

Stephen "T Bird" Shaon, 34, went to meet his creator on May 27, 2003 in Phoenix, AZ. He was born on August 13, 1968 in Orange, California. He is survived by his son, Stephen T. Schurz; parents Pete & Joyce Moquino and honorary parent; Sharon Apkaw/Rovie; brothers: Craig Shaon, Tim Evan, Don Evans, Van Egan Jackson, Jessie M, Pete M, John M, Ruben M; sister, Virginia; sisters-in-law: Sylvia and Shelley; brother-in-law, Richard; Uncles: Moffit, Delban, Sammie, Delford, Chapman, Louie, Joe, and Loren; aunts: Myrna, Eva, Sharon, Rosie, Rosie, and Diane; nephews: Jesse Jr., Matthew, Ricky, Gabriel, Ruben, Adrian, Pete Jr., Micah and Dakota; nieces: Monique, Michelle, Arielle, Jasmine, Joanne, and Lupe; grandmothers: Lois and Lupe; and 8 cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents Jo Anne Leslie and Don Shaon. A Wake will be held on Friday, June 6, 2003 at 7 PM at the Salt River Memorial Hall, 9849 E. Earll Dr., in Scottsdale. Services will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2003 at 8:00 AM at the Salt River Memorial Hall. Meldrum Mortuary handled the arrangements. Published in The Arizona Republic on 6/4/2003.
