FROST, Gerald R.

Gerald R. Frost, 81, a retired Captain from the U.S. Air Force, of Prescott, AZ passed away on April 25, 2002. 

Graveside service with Full Military Honors will be held on Monday, May 12, 2003 at the National Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek, Phoenix, Arizona. 

Memorial services are Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. at Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, 8480 E. Valley Rd., Prescott Valley, AZ.
