William Couzens, 66, of Independence, Missouri, passed away on June 1, 2003.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2003, at Sheils Colonial Funeral Home in Kansas City, MO.

Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital.
