DECUSATI, Virginia

Virginia DeCusati, 83, of Phoenix, formerly of East Haven, Connecticut, died May 31, 2003.

She moved to Phoenix in 1993 with her beloved husband John DeCusati, who preceded her in death August 21, 1997.

Mrs. DeCusati is survived by her son Andrew DeCusati of Ridgefield, CT, daughter, Carol Cable of Mesa, AZ; sisters, Josephine Zampano, Antoinette Morro of East Haven, Marie Cerchio and Anna Marie Poncino of California; brother, Louis Sale in California; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by sister, Lillian Gamberdella and brothers Andrew and Gennaro Sale.

The family is requesting that memorial donations be made to VistaCare, 4222 E. Thomas Rd., Ste. 220, Phoenix, AZ 85018.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 7th, 2003 at 2:00 PM at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ.
