Leola Lutes LeRoy January 08, 1920-June 22, 2002. Service: June 25, 2002. Cemetery: Cottonwood Cemetery. Leola Lutes LeRoy, 82, of Cottonwood, formerly of Scottsdale, died June 22, 2002. She was born January 8, 1920 in Delta County, Colorado. Mrs. LeRoy was a retired school teacher from the Scottsdale District. She was a member of the Yavapai County Homemakers, Republican Womens Club, Mountain View United Methodist Church. She leaves a sister, Virgie Lutes Brown of Cottonwood; a brother, Jerry Lutes of Fort Thomas and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 25 in the Cottonwood Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the Scottsdale Historical Society, PO Box 143, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
